White Rim Road

Moab, UT

A roughly 100-mile loop around the White Rim bench below Island in the Sky, entered by the Shafer switchbacks and exited at Mineral Bottom. Technically moderate but remote, with no water and no services — most parties take two or three days. Vehicle permits are limited and sell out months ahead.
